Danteswari College of Pharmacy successfully celebrated National Sports Day on August 29, 2025, honoring the birth anniversary of the legendary hockey player, Major Dhyan Chand. The event, which was in line with a directive from the Chhattisgarh Swami Vivekanand Technical University (CSVTU), was a vibrant showcase of physical fitness, teamwork, and sportsmanship. The celebration officially began at 1:00 PM with an opening ceremony that included an inaugural address emphasizing the importance of sports in a student’s development. A wide variety of games and activities were organized to encourage maximum participation, including cricket, volleyball, badminton, carrom, and skipping. Students showed great enthusiasm throughout the day.
