A Divine Commencement: Ganesh Chaturthi Celebrated at Danteswari College of Pharmacy
On August 27, 2025, the campus of Danteswari College of Pharmacy was filled with an atmosphere of profound spirituality and devotion as we came together to celebrate Ganesh Chaturthi. This auspicious festival, marking the birth of Lord Ganesha, the remover of obstacles and the deity of new beginnings, holds a special place in our hearts.
The celebrations commenced in the morning with the ceremonial “Sthapana” (installation) of the meticulously crafted idol of Lord Ganesha. The air was thick with the scent of flowers and incense as our students and faculty, with great enthusiasm, participated in the initial prayers and offerings. The vibrant decorations and the beautiful idol created a truly sacred space, serving as a focal point for the day’s events.
